Terms & Condition of THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD

1. RESERVATIONS
(1) Customer(s) or visitor(s) at www.theclifflangkawi.com may reserve or book a table via our website depends on availability.
(2) All table reservations, enquiries, or cancellations please contact THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD at 604-953 3228 or [email protected]
(3) Your reservation / table will be held for half an hour (1/2 hour) from your reservation time on the day of your reservation after which the booking will be deemed cancelled, unless THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD is informed.

2. THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD
Customer(s) are not allowed to bring into the restaurant as per the followings:
– no pets, livestock.
– any non-prescribed drugs, flammable liquid, bio hazard, heavy machinery.
– any electronic/electrical appliances which may interfere or obstruct other customer(s) in restaurant.
– no outside food or takeaways are allowed.
– corkage charge shall be imposed for outside drink.

3. PRICE AND CHARGES
Menu price in website, may or not include service charges and different from actual price at the restaurant. All prices subjected to changes without prior notice to customers.

4. OPERATION TIME
THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD operates on 1100 hours till 2300 hours. We may close due to unavoidable event such as renovation or major maintenance job; special occasion or private function; special direction by governing authorities; or regular restaurant operation standard and procedures that warrant for closure without prior notice.

5. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once booking been made, we will hold the reservation until 30 minutes before reservation time and will be cancelled if no show or unable to attend to restaurant without any notice.

6. CARPARK
THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD provide open car parking space for customer(s) and THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD will not be held any responsible for any circumstances such as damages, loses etc. happen to the vehicle. Public parking space is located in front of THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD.

7. RIGHT TO REFUSE RESERVATION
THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD reserves its absolute rights to refuse table booking to any person(s) without any prior notice and may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation under the following circumstances (but not limited to) where:-
– Such action is deemed necessary for reasons of safety or security; concern any illegal or unlawful activities, disturbance or which cause public nuisance which will affect the comfort of the other customers of the restaurant.
– Special occasion held or ad hoc high profile private function on particular date which could not be avoid without prior notice or inform early to customer(s)

8. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY AND LAW
We are only responsible for your reservation and will give the same or request table at the THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD as per the reservation made by you.
We only warrant that the table, as described on our Site, will be available to you depend on the availability.

We are not in a position to guarantee your safety against accidents, death, acts of God, flood, riot, theft, or even acts of negligence. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD will not be responsible for any eventualities related to services booked through this site.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of property left in or damaged as a result of being in your table during your presence.

We have no responsibility for any property left behind/damaged as a result of your presence.

You are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings.

Statutory Requirements. The restaurant is subject to statutory controls, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health, hygiene and safety. These requirements must be strictly observed by you, your guests and/or representatives at all times throughout your presence at the restaurant.

9. WEBSITE
THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD reserves the rights to cancel, amend or vary at any time the arrangements featured on the THE CLIFF RESTAURANT SDN BHD site without prior notice.

Conflict between English text and other language text – if there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English text of terms and conditions of this Agreement and any translation thereof, the English text shall prevail.
